If at first you don’t succeed, find out why?

If at first you don’t succeed, find out why? The election was not a crisis of faith but a wake up call to improve. Obama was a landslide, twice. Republican propaganda blunted Clinton fervor. “United to go Forward” did not inspire. Instead, many Democratic workers mistakenly blamed the party in power for the Great Republican Recession.  We can’t wait for Trump to fail, we need a message to move us.  The Democratic Party needs a dynamic platform we can all get behind and push.  Jobs is priority one. Workers have always been a mainstay of the Democratic Party. We must bring jobs to Americans and keep American jobs on the front page. The economy is growing.  Those in power will get the credit unless “Democrats show that Democrats grow” by constantly promoting the idea of bringing back new jobs for Americans.  We have a lot of needs, but the first and foremost is vitalizing the party platform. Once Democrats are all on board with Jobs for Americans, other priorities follow naturally. Republicans knew the Great Republican Recession would be blamed on the party in power. Republicans spent billions on false malicious propaganda to pin the blame on Obama and then Clinton. Republican propaganda succeeded. That is the lesson. If Democrats fail to generate and repeat a single, clear, magnificent message, the party is headed for more election failures.   Richard Dorsey, Hacienda Heights, CA.
