More guns are the problem not the solution.
Arming teachers in schools is more problems. Armed officers were on campus at the Columbine massacre. Armed security was on hand at the slaughter at Virginia Tech. A trained gun owner is just as likely to kill your child by accident as to stop an armed killer. The only way to keep the bad guys from killing with guns is make guns inconvenient. More guns simply puts more people in danger. Most Americans should be willing to suffer a little inconvenience for a good cause. It is a self-evident fact, worldwide, the fewer the guns the fewer gun deaths. We don’t have to live in a culture of violence. Reasonable guns safety laws can slow down violence. Newton showed us the obvious reason for the massacre of those six and seven year olds. A mentally ill shooter had easy access to guns. He used what was most convenient to kill. The myth that someone armed could have taken out the shooter is wishful thinking. Tell that to the shooter’s mother who was armed to the teeth before she had her guns taken and she was shot to death. A gun seller’s only interest is in selling more guns. Profits never care about safety. The next massacre is waiting to happen. You can stop it with common sense gun safety. If you don’t want to live police state, write congress, suggest gun safety––not gun control, and demand information that exposes NRA propaganda.
